Certiphi Screening's Sadeq Khan promoted to Chief Compliance Officer/Deputy General Counsel
We are pleased to announce that Sadeq Khan, our Associate General Counsel and Director of Compliance, has been promoted to Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel.
Since 2013, Sadeq has provided exemplary compliance and legal services and guidance to our organizations and to our clients. As a consummate professional with deep knowledge of employment, consumer reporting, data protection and privacy laws and compliance regulations, in his role, Sadeq will continue to lead and support the compliance and regulatory functions of our company.
Sadeq holds a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration degree from Villanova University. Sadeq is a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP®) and holds an Advanced FCRA Certification from the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS).
Sadeq serves on the Association of Corporate Counsel Greater Philadelphia Chapter's Board of Directors and on the Board of Directors for Philadelphia VIP, an organization dedicated to providing indigent individuals equal access to the legal system in civil matters free of charge.
