The Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC), a global legal association representing more than 45,000 in-house counsel, announced that Certiphi's Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel, Sadeq Khan, was recognized as one of ACC's "Top 10 30-Somethings." The award was presented to Sadeq at ACC's Corporate Counsel University's June 2019 event in Minneapolis.

To achieve this honor, a nominee is judged by a panel of in-house lawyers who score the individual's contributions to his/her legal department, as well as the depth and context of their participation in efforts to advance advocacy, pro bono and diversity in the legal profession.

Sadeq holds a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration degree from Villanova University. Sadeq is a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) and holds an Advanced FCRA Certification from the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS).

Sadeq also serves on the Association of Corporate Counsel Greater Philadelphia Chapter's Board of Directors and previously served on the Board of Directors for Philadelphia VIP, an organization dedicated to providing indigent individuals equal access to the legal system in civil matters free of charge.
