November deadline set for USCIS to publish new Form I-9

United States Citizenship and Immigration Services announced that its newly-approved revised Form I-9 must be published by Nov. 22, 2016.

The revised form received approval on Aug. 25, setting in motion the 150-day countdown until the expiration of the previous version of the form.

The current Form I-9 will expire on Jan. 21, 2017. After that date, all previous versions of the form will be invalid.
