Suzanne Knoll named Certiphi Screening’s Manager of Auditing; receives ISO/IEC 27001 certification
In her new role Suzanne will oversee Certiphi Screening’s audit program, including our team of full-time auditors, to review our operations and key production areas and ensure compliance with our ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2015 and NAPBS certifications.
In addition to being appointed to this new role, Suzanne also recently received ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Lead Auditor (TPECS) certification which recognizes auditors specialized in information security management systems on the ISO/IEC 27001 standard.
To obtain this certification, Suzanne completed a competency-based four-day course that taught a general understanding of the concepts of the ISO 27001:2013 standards and principles as well as practices of leading management systems and process audits in accordance with ISO 19011, "Guidelines on Auditing Management Systems.” Holders of this certification are recognized as having the necessary expertise to manage a team of auditors by applying these widely recognized audit principles, procedures and techniques.
Suzanne has been with Certiphi Screening for over 12 years, starting out in our HR Research department and then being appointed as a quality auditor in December of 2004 and then to Lead Auditor of our sister company, Fieldprint, in 2011. She received her Bachelor of Arts from West Chester University in 2002 and has been a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) since May 2006 and an ASQ-certified Quality Auditor since December 2007.
