Certiphi Screening’s director of compliance published in HR Pulse Magazine
Sadeq Khan, Certiphi Screening’s associate general counsel/director of compliance, authored “The Changing Face of Employment Drug Screening,” an article recently published in HR Pulse Magazine.
Over the years, drug testing of applicants and employees has become a common and critical component of employers’ efforts to maintain drug-free workplaces, but the state of the law surrounding drug testing in the workplace is still evolving. Sadeq’s article examines a number of recent trends and developments that may require companies to re-evaluate their drug screening practices.
