Certiphi Screening’s Report Scoring System captures a client’s specific scoring criteria and automatically applies them to report results as either “pass” or “review.” The scoring is based entirely on your criteria, which may include criminal history results and even specific types of convictions. Reports meeting your criteria receive a “pass” grade, while reports that do not receive a “review” grade.
Report scoring is designed to streamline the decision-making process by allowing clients to focus their efforts on only those reports requiring review. Because our Report Scoring System is applied systematically, we are able to offer a very high level of consistency and reliability.
A summary cover page showing the Report Scoring System results of each background investigation component is included as a quick-view with each report.
All Report Scoring System users have the ability to view a report’s scoring status as an optional column on the myCertiphi.com client website 24/7/365.
